Using a quarter-sized amount, a 3.7 oz bottle will last 2 months if used daily or 4-5 months if used weekly.

HAND OIL / BODY OIL
Massage onto dry or damp skin.

FACE SERUM
Cleanse and tone then massage a pea-sized amount of serum onto face and neck. Wait a minute to allow the serum to fully absorb then apply your favorite moisturizer.

BEARD OIL
Use daily. New beards will use a pea-sized amount of oil. Longer beards will use a dime-sized amount of oil.

Cleanse face and beard. Towel dry but leave it slightly damp. Put oil in palm of hand & spread evenly on fingers. Massage the oil into beard roots and skin. Spread oil onto beard, across and with the grain. Brush your fingers and palms along the sides and front of your beard. Finally, from the bottom, bring fingers up and through your beard.

CONDITIONER BOOST
Detangle and boost softness by adding a pea-sized amount of oil to your favorite conditioner.

HAIR SEALANT 
Tame frizz and fly-aways by applying to dry hair. Seal in moisture by applying to damp hair. 

Put one pump of serum on the palms of your hands. Lightly brush your palms over the top of your hair, run fingers through your hair, then rub remaining oil on the ends. You can finish with a low-heat blow out for smooth, shiny hair.

PRE-SHAMPOO / OVERNIGHT HAIR TREATMENT
Put a nickel-sized amount of serum in your palms. Grab small sections of hair and run the lower portion through your hand to coat the ends with oil. Add more as needed until all ends of your hair have been coated. Leave in for 1 or more hours (as long as overnight), then shampoo and condition as normal.
